1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 1Love website (1love.com.hk) and the purchase of products from 1Love. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability. 1Love retains the right to refuse any order.

Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 1:00 PM HKT. Orders placed after this time will be processed for next-day delivery.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

1Love reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

4. Payment

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), FPS (Faster Payment System), PayMe, and AlipayHK. Full payment is required at the time of order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch. 1Love is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. If your flowers arrive damaged or do not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of 1Love and protected by Hong Kong copyright laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
